Shipping policy

I ship across Canada and internationally.

Shipping costs are based on Canada Post rates.

When dealing with larger signs, I compare prices & delivery times between Canada Post as well as courier. I provide you with the information and the final shipping decision is yours.

Small items that don't require a specific type of wood are usually ready within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your order. Custom pieces can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on what is needed to complete the piece.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Tracking information can be requested before the order is shipped.

Please note: international customers may have duties or taxes on delivery.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact me at info@wildnkraziedesigns.com.
